I was a first time patient in Jan 2026 of Dr Storm's, to have cataracts diagnosed & then removed. I had multiple appointments during 3 months time. In Jan, things were a bit disorganized in the waiting room, due to the main office worker being out, but on following visits things ran quite smoothly! Dr Storm obviously has many years experience, & it shows. The second eye was done on March 2 & even now, in early April, my vision seems to still be improving every day! I am SO PLEASED! It's a wonderful thing to see with such clarity again, as I did many years ago! I'd forgotten what it was like to see like this, as colors seem so vibrant, & things SO clear, even far in the distance! Dr Storm was professional, patient & kind, & answered any questions I had in a thorough, yet easy to understand way. I would recommend Dr Storm!

I had a 115 appointment. Had to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged by a receptionist. At 150 there were still people ahead of me I couldn’t spend all afternoon waiting. At 335 a receptionist called and asked if I left. I told her I couldn’t wait all afternoon and she told me that the wait is normal. Lack of adequate staffing and very poor booking of appointments!

Sheila is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Dr Storm is very Professional, calm, informative, calm, welcoming, did I say calm, with an outstanding, excellent bedside manner.

Dr Storm preformed an in office procedure to remove something from my lower eyelid. This was my third visit with Dr Storm and I was very nervous! He was so kind, he explained everything he was going to do and continually asked if I was comfortable or in any pain. The procedure was painless, including the injection to numb the area. Dr Storm helped me to relax and it was over before I knew it! The staff was friendly and courteous.
